THE INSPIRATION:
Fireworks is inspired by my mother and her spunky personality. It is a celebration of her birthday on New Year Eve. I see her spirit in the dynamic energy of this piece. I also see her calming force in the blue tones. The metallic pink accents are an ode to her fight against breast cancer.
