SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is currently only available to the USA through my website. For US territories outside of the 48 contiguous states (Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands), please expect a few extra business days for shipping.
If you do not live in the USA and would like to purchase an item, please contact me via my contact form, so I can offer you a shipping cost estimate.
I do my best to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. In general, most print and merchandise orders are processed, produced and shipped within 4-6 business days. Shipping times are dependent on the method you choose at checkout. Please note that these shipping options will not affect processing time for your order.

Please note that the shipping options will not affect processing time for your order. Free local delivery of original paintings is available. Local delivery is (within a 25 mile driving distance of Woodbridge, VA)
Business Days are Monday through Friday and do not include holidays.
RETURN POLICY
All original art, print, and merchandise sales are final and we do not accept returns. If there are damages upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the package and provide pictures of the damage, the interior packaging, and the box. We will do our best to resolve the issue for you.
Installment Plan Policy
I find great joy when my artwork discovers its permanent home, and I strongly believe that original art should be within everyone’s reach. If you have a deep connection with one of my paintings, I want you to have it enrich your life! Simply send me a message via my contact form when you find a painting that resonates with you, and I will take care of the rest per the linked policy.
LIABILITY AND OWNERSHIP
All artwork is the sole property of Nicole M Fisher Art and is held under copyright. The copyrights to all artwork are fully retained by the artist, including after sale. The purchase of partial or full rights including commissioned artwork is unattainable. All images on this website are owned by Nicole M Fisher Art.
ABOUT YOUR ARTWORK
All paintings are varnished to preserve and protect. Each canvas can be displayed with or without a frame. Unless stated in the item description, each painting is unframed. Artwork not to scale in model photos. Please see the item description for size.
