Installment Plan POLICY
I find great joy when my artwork discovers its permanent home, and I strongly believe that original art should be within everyone’s reach. If you have a deep connection with one of my paintings, I want you to have it enrich your life! Simply send me a message via my contact form when you find a painting that resonates with you, and I will take care of the rest per the policy below. Once the painting’s cost is paid in full, it will belong to you to enhance your living space for years to come. This payment plan is interest-free.
HOW IT WORKS
- You will receive an ‘Agreement Contract’ with the Terms & Conditions, which you will be required to read, sign, and return to us. This is a binding contract and reserves the artwork for you.
- Minimum total must exceed $400 (pretax and shipping) to enter into a payment plan.
- A nonrefundable 30% deposit is required – then the balance of the purchase price plus applicable taxes/shipping can be divided into equal payments spread over 2-5 months.
- There is no added surcharge or interest.
- Once the deposit payment is made, I will reserve the painting for you and mark the painting as “Sold” online.
- A monthly invoice will be sent to you. You can use a credit or debit card to make the payments through the link provided.
- When you have paid in full (including any applicable taxes and shipping charges), the painting is yours and I will ship it to you.
- If you can’t make a monthly payment, please let us know as quickly as possible. If we receive no payment and/or communication from you for 60 consecutive days, you will be in default, and the payment plan will be terminated. The reserved artwork will go back on the market. Any payments made are non-refundable. However, payments can be applied to another artwork equal in value to the total amount paid at that time.
Note: Payment plans are not available during collection launch advance access periods. Payment plans are not available for commissions, art prints, or other printed products.

- your name, email, mailing address and phone number
- the title of the painting you’d like to purchase
- the term you’d like to pay over (2-5 months)
STEP TWO
I’ll send you a contract. Sign and return it.
STEP THREE
I’ll send you an invoice for the initial 30% deposit. Monthly invoices will be sent until your painting is paid in full.
